How to Delete an Account in the App
- Open Barberin and sign in to the relevant owner or customer account.
- Go to the menu or profile area where account settings are available.
- Select the delete account option and follow the confirmation steps.
Alternative Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, email oryn.barberin@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and include:
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- Your barber shop name, if applicable
- A short request stating that you want your account deleted
What Is Deleted
We will delete or deactivate the account and associated personal profile data linked to that account, subject to technical and legal requirements.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, subscription verification, or legitimate operational recordkeeping.
Processing Time
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification of the requester.
